The Betaflex Control 3D+ is a hand held device used to measure flexographic plate dot halftones in both 2D and 3D. The included lightbox (transmission) and a white LED up front allow for superior surface illumination and measurement of masks, plates or print samples. 

Captures and analyzes 2D images of masks and plates when used with the included light box.  Images of print samples are captured with the built-in front light source.  Dot height, diameter, shoulder angle and other characteristics are captured in 3D mode with a second camera, allowing simultaneous 2D and 3D viewing.

• Line width and other image analysis tools provide critical information necessary for maintaining the highest quality. Images and data can be saved in a variety of formats, a great tool for quality control and verification.
• System performance and accuracy is maintained by the high-precision ISO-compliant glass calibration target and automatic software.

A new data collection, analysis, and plotting function facilitates comparison of current plates to predefined standards. One-click statistical analysis and report generation creates professional looking reports for internal use or marketing purposes.
