The Phantom QD Proofing System is the very first automated system that is fully portable and utility-free so it can be used wherever and whenever you need it. Plus, the pressure-loaded system removes variations in operator loading pressure, allowing you to drawdown consistent proofs every time.
Here's how it works:
- Clip your substrate to the Phantom QD table.
- Position the roller-bearing, guided carriage at the START position.
- Load the proofing handle assembly in the quick alignment clamps.
- Add your ink between the anilox and doctor blade.
- Pull the proofing handle assembly along the guided track to make your drawdown.
