The Phantom QD Proofing System is the very first automated system that is fully portable and utility-free so it can be used wherever and whenever you need it.  Plus, the pressure-loaded system removes variations in operator loading pressure, allowing you to drawdown consistent proofs every time.

 

Here's how it works:

1. Clip your substrate to the Phantom QD table.
2. Position the roller-bearing, guided carriage at the START position.
3. Load the proofing handle assembly in the quick alignment clamps.
4. Add your ink between the anilox and doctor blade.
5. Pull the proofing handle assembly along the guided track to make your drawdown.

When placing your order, you will need to choose six anilox rolls.  The chart below gives the specifications for the available rolls.

Rolls 1T through 13T are standard single line screen rolls.  Rolls 14T through 19T are standard banded line screen rolls.
