The Echocel Junior Viscous is a hand proofing system for thick or metallic flexo inks. This system comes with your choice of three anilox rolls. If you require more anilox rolls, click on Echocel Junior Hand Proofers above and choose the 6 Roll System.
Incorporating Harper Platinum® laser engraved ceramic anilox technology, a steel doctor blade and a solvent-resistant rubber roll this system has been field-tested for years by flexo printers.

The unit is easy to take apart and re-assemble - makes clean-up and roll changes quick and efficient.
Comes with detailed manual, (1) disposable pipette, (3) spare doctor blades, (1) hex key for blades and sturdy, custom-fitted and padded carrying case.
When placing your order, you will need to choose three anilox rolls. The chart below gives the specifications for the available rolls.
Rolls 1T through 13T are standard single line screen rolls. Rolls 14T through 19T are standard banded line screen rolls.
