CeramClean II™ allows for longer print runs, reduced downtime due to less frequent cleaning and consistent ink films due to maximized volumes from anilox rolls. It will remove Water, UV and most Solvent based inks and in most instances will remove those tough stains found on the roll face.
Testing has proven CeramClean II™ will clean and unplug ink-filled cells in laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls without damaging the integrity of the cell. Developed in conjunction with research chemists, the cleaner will agitate dried ink pigment through the use of proprietary soft scrubbing micro grit particles. Tests have also been conducted and proven that the cleaner can be used on chrome engraved and gravure cylinders as well as ceramic.
One test was run at the Flexographic Trade School in Charlotte, NC, with results reported by Art Fields, Instructor, "This cleaner is by far the best cleaner I have ever used, it's fast, easy and in minutes you have a roll that is like new."
