The BetaFlex 335 PQF (Plate Quality Flexo) Analyzer measures:

BetaFlex 335 Product Features:
- Capture and analyze all highlight dots, even at 1%, 200 lpi via 14,000 dpi full color imaging camera and improved software.
- ISO Certification 9-Point Precision Halftone Plaque and software utility verifies that the Betaflex 335 PQF is in calibration and records this to the database.
- ISO Database to maintain a fully searchable database by customer or job. All important prepress and press information is maintained in a virtual job jacket that can be recalled at any time. Run the job once and you can capture the data necessary to recreate all important OK and make-ready information from the database.
- Maintain all curves and tolerances in the system's database to assure consistent results in plate production and printing.
- Spring lock arm to maintain a constant focus on the image.

Plate Quality Flexo (PQF) - ISO Database - What does it do?
Captures all relevant data at the beginning of the process, automatically storing measurement values, plate images, plate characteristic and cutback curves, as well as job data (including plate type, chemistry, screening, CTP engine and more). Customer data, job numbers and reference values are automatically linked for historical review. The new, 9-point calibration target and database simplifies instrument verification, especially important for ISO compliance.
